Depending on how you interact with us (as a customer, wholesale/OEM partner, website visitor, or job applicant), we may collect:
- Identity & contact data — name, company name, email, phone number, shipping/billing address
- Order & transaction data — items ordered, specifications, order history, payment reference (we do not store full card numbers)
- Communication data — messages sent via our contact form, email, WhatsApp or Line
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, collected via cookies and analytics (see Section 7)
- Recruitment data — CV, work history and references, if you apply for a role with us

Any third party we share data with is required to protect it to a standard consistent with the PDPA.
5. International Data Transfers
As we work with international OEM and wholesale partners, some data may be transferred outside Thailand (for example, to fulfil a cross-border order). Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the receiving party provides an adequate standard of data protection, as required under the PDPA.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Order and transaction records are typically kept for the period required under Thai tax and commercial law. You may request earlier deletion, subject to Section 9 below.
